  • Sure, we are not limited to Sheffield/ Yorkshire only, we can send your order to anywhere in the UK or even overseas. We use next day delivery, so you will receive your shirts as quickly as you would live near Sheffield.

  • Whatever you choose! We believe that no one shirt fits all!

    As every project is different, at Steel City Shirts, garment selection is individually tailored to your needs, purpose and vision.

    First, we ask questions about what you going to use the shirts for and what you have in mind, then shortlist a selection of garments which we think are matching with your project. Then it’s up to you!

    We have access to thousands of blank garments in different styles, colours and quality- so we are sure to find something you will love!

    But don’t hesitate to tell us if you already found the One!

  • Every shirt’s purpose is different. But it’s a wise thing to add a couple of extra shirts to your order from each size because it can be costly to reprint only a few shirts. If it’s for an event and someone turns up unexpectedly, you can hand them a shirt. Sometimes people see the finished shirts and want one for themselves- even if they said they don’t want one before or just forgot to submit their size by the deadline. If it’s for your clothing brand, it’s still advised to get in some more, so you can serve customers who forgot to place their order in time, or those who discover your brand just later.

  • Artwork should be supplied print-ready which means: in vector or raster format at least 300 DPI in the desired size and all text should be converted to outlines.

    If this sounds alien, you might need help with artwork. Ask your designer or us to help you with this!

  • Only high-resolution designs print nicely. We can help you to enhance your design to meet these requirements, just get in touch!

  • Yes, we can print the same design across different styles in the same order, so you can mix & match.

  • Most of the time you can mix the shirt colours. If the design has been created to go on light garments, then you could stick with a combination of light-coloured shirts.

    Ink colour changes are welcome too!

  • We have a large range of ink colours which helps to replicate the colours from your artwork. 99% of the time these are a very close match.

    If you are happy with a close match, there’s no extra charge, but if you require an exact colour ( e.g. for corporate logos, etc.) , we need to charge extra for mixing the exact colour/ custom Pantone colour matching.

    Steel City Shirts is committed to protecting the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of all client information. As a sole trader, the owner manages all client data, and access is strictly limited to information necessary for processing print jobs, including contact details, approved artwork, and shipping/billing addresses. No payment card information is stored.

    Payment Processing
    All payments are handled via Stripe, a secure, PCI DSS-compliant payment processor. Steel City Shirts does not store cardholder data. This ensures that financial transactions are processed safely and securely, protecting both clients and the business.

    Data Collection & Minimisation
    We only collect data required to fulfil each order. This includes:

    • Contact details (name, email, phone)

    • Shipping and billing addresses

    • Approved artwork and job-related correspondence

    No unnecessary personal information is collected. Data is retained only as long as needed to fulfil orders or meet legal obligations and is securely deleted or archived afterwards.

    Data Storage & Backup

    • All files and communications are stored on password-protected, encrypted devices.

    • Digital backups are performed regularly to ensure data availability and integrity.

    • Cloud storage services are protected with strong authentication, ensuring secure access to artwork and order files.

    Device & Access Security

    • Only the owner has access to client information.

    • Devices are protected with strong passwords and, where possible, encryption.

    • Subscription-based design software allows secure use on multiple devices, providing continuity if a device is lost or stolen.

    Cybersecurity Practices

    • Antivirus and malware protection are installed and regularly updated.

    • Software, operating systems, and security patches are applied promptly.

    • Emails and file transfers are encrypted where possible.

    • Access control ensures only authorised personnel (the owner) handle client data.

    • Any suspected cybersecurity incidents are investigated immediately, and corrective measures are implemented to prevent recurrence.

    Incident Handling & Client Notification

    • Any potential data or payment security issue will be addressed immediately.

    • Clients will be notified if their information is affected.

    • Where appropriate, corrective actions will be implemented to prevent future incidents.

    Supplier & Third-Party Security

    • All suppliers and partners are carefully vetted.

    • Only essential client data is shared when necessary for order fulfilment.

    • Non-disclosure agreements are used with any third parties who may handle client information.

    Continuous Improvement
    Steel City Shirts regularly reviews and updates its cybersecurity and data handling practices to ensure the highest level of protection for clients. Policies and procedures are revised as needed to stay current with industry best practices.
